「新加坡 MITSIS Private Limited 作為泓米產品在電子商務和亞洲地區的指定經銷商」

HONG MI ENTERPRISE CO ,LTD
located at No. 87, Anhe 1st Street, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan R.O.C. (Hungmi),
hereby appoint MITSIS Private Limited of Singapore, UEN number 202401559N,
with registered address at 20 Margaret Drive, #39-06, Margaret Ville, Singapore (MITSIS),
as a designated distributor of all Hongmi products in Asia.
Sales, promotion and distribution channel for these products includes but not limited to only E-commerce.
These products will include all current and future products from our company.
The duration of these appointment will be 3 (three) years or until otherwise notify in writing.
The duration of the appointment can be extended one month prior to expiration upon mutual agreement.
